If BTTM or any other business service provider offers you a better phone tariff, we will beat it. This will guarantee that you are always on the lowest tariff possible. Always.
Occasionally, you may receive what may seem to be a lower tariff offer. Please call us immediately and we will review the offer to make sure you get the best deal. If necessary, we will create a special tariff for you to suit your requirements.
Refund Policy
If BTTM Retail offers you a tariff that we are unable to beat, we’ll give it to you for free until the expiry of your contract. We are able to offer the lowest phone rates in the UK for several reasons:

- Low overheads due to efficient operations and high degree of automation.
- High volume business model operating on lower margins.
Terms of Refund - subject to like for like comparison of XLN Telecom phone bill with customer’s most recent BTTM phone bill. Customer is eligible for refund only in the event that XLN Telecom has reviewed customer’s tariff and has been unable to beat the BTTM tariff in question. E&OE
