Treating Customers Fairly

At XLN Energy, we’re committed to treating customers fairly. This document sets out the steps we take to ensure that we’re honest, transparent, responsible and fair in everything we do, in accordance with the ‘Standards of Conduct’ set by the energy industry regulator Ofgem.

Complaints Handling process

We’re good at keeping problems to a minimum, but we recognise that occasionally things can go wrong. If they ever do and you want to complain, this document sets out exactly how that process will work – and includes clear steps and relevant contact details.

Letter of Authority

A Letter of Authority allows XLN Energy to deal with a customer’s previous supplier. If you’re an XLN Energy customer, you should already have the Letter of Authority we sent with your Welcome Pack. However, you can also download it below.
