XLN Business Services, the London-based provider of services to small businesses, has been shortlisted for the The Huawei Customer Focus Award at this year’s National Business Awards in partnership with Orange. The awards come after a fantastic year for XLN.
The company re-branded from XLN Telecom, the company name since 2002 and focused every business area on delivering outstanding customer service. XLN has also continued its drive into new business areas including low cost energy, mobile telecoms, card processing and voice over IP phone systems, all the while keeping customer service up to a high standard. This is the 7th year XLN Business Services have been nominated as finalists. XLN’s nomination in The National Business Awards is a measure of outstanding success – they are a celebration of the very best in British business and recognise outstanding achievement. They are a unique opportunity to recognise the hard work companies do to achieve strong commercial success, especially in difficult economic times. XLN Business Services will be competing in the finals against the very best. They will battle it out for the ultimate award, with the winner being revealed at the National Business Awards gala dinner held on 13th November in London.
Jo Causon CEO, Institute of Customer Management, the judge for the category said: “XLN Business Services have shown good account management, re-skilling of all staff to be able to answer any customer query and very strong service leadership from the top of the company have helped XLN achieve high retention rates.” Over a difficult year for small businesses, XLN’s Customer Service department has worked hard to make sure the 130,000 small business owners they supply have an engaging customer service experience.
