XLN Telecom outshines competition in survey

For the second year in a row, Topcomm has ranked XLN Telecom – the UK’s leading telecoms company serving the small business community – above both BT Business and Talk Talk Business in three separate quality of service categories.

The three categories where XLN Telecom (www.xlntelecom.co.uk) beat its major rivals were on commitment to restoring service following a reported fault, dealing with complaints in a timely manner and ensuring accuracy of bills. Topcomm also rated XLN Telecom as the leading wholesale line rental provider – out-scoring NTL/Telewest Business, Colt and Talk Talk Business.Anthony Karibian, co-founder and CEO of XLN Telecom, commented:“We are delighted that we have been once again recognised by Topcomm as a leader in our field for quality of service.
