Our service teams have been recognised for their brilliance
XLN has been shortlisted for two awards at the UK Business Awards 2021.
We’ve been nominated in both the customer service category, and for the exclusive ‘Heroes in the Pandemic’ award, which reflects the truly heroic efforts of our customer service staff over the last year.
Keeping business alive
Our service staff were operating from home faster than any competitor once lockdowns were confirmed in March 2020.
This put enormous pressure on our exceptional customer service reputation, with small businesses in disarray and our own staff having to work remotely with no time for preparation.
Remarkably however, our Trustpilot score – the best indicator of customer service standards – has never dropped since the pandemic began.
Working long hours, providing all kinds of support and relief measures, and generally going the extra mile, our service teams have performed exceptionally well during the pandemic. They’ve helped to keep hundreds of small businesses afloat, and worked miracles on a daily basis
And, despite 300 entries, their efforts have been recognised with a place at the UK Business Awards final later this year.
We couldn’t be more proud – and we look forward to potentially adding yet another customer service award to our collection.
