Ross Gunning explains how XLN helped him realise his dream

XLN Founder and CEO Christian Nellemann changed this young entrepreneur’s life

Ross Gunning is a young Scottish entrepreneur and founder of the Glasgow Philharmonia Orchestra. With support and guidance from XLN’s Founder and CEO Christian Nellemann, Ross has taken his passion and turned it into one of the leading young orchestras in Scotland.

Since 2012 he has worked tirelessly – heeding Christian’s expert business advice along the way – to establish his organisation as a place for young musicians to develop their skills.

Inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurs

Early last year Ross met with Christian as part of the XLN mentoring sessions. Ross wanted to ask Christian about how to take things to the next level.

When they met, Christian pledged to financially support Ross’ dream for the next three years.

It’s almost a year later and Ross is back in London. He’s travelled down to personally thank Christian for his support so far and tell him about the progress he and the orchestra have made.

In this video Ross tells us about how XLN’s support has changed not only his life, but the lives of those he works with. He also announces Christian as the official Patron of the orchestra.

How can you help?

Ross is looking for additional sponsorship. He needs donations to put on more performances and help the orchestra grow. To donate, just go to his website.
