Another award-winning night at the CXAs
We are delighted to say that XLN has walked away victorious from the CXAs again, this time picking up the award for Best Telecoms Company.
Having won Gold in 2018 for the ‘Customers at the Heart of Everything’ category, winning this award was a huge seal of approval for what’s been a breakthrough year for our business.
Beating BT, EE and Three in the process
What this award means to the business is probably best explained by the fact that we beat BT, EE and Three to win it. Despite their vastly superior size, scale and resources, the underdog triumphed.
Ultimately, we believe it’s a win for great customer service. We’ve poured all of our resources and efforts into providing fast, friendly service in an industry known for customer service horror stories. We answer calls fast, we solve problems rapidly – and we’re thrilled to get the recognition our brilliant staff deserve for what they do, every day.
We also picked up a bronze award in the Contact Centre category, which means we’ve picked up a total of five awards at the CXAs in the last two years alone.
