Full competition terms and conditions
- The following Terms and Conditions apply to the XLN Pay Smart Terminal Giveaway (the ‘Giveaway’). You shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions in full when you submit your details to us.
- The Giveaway is being run by XLN Pay.
- This offer is exclusive to new customers only.
- Current customers of Daisy Communications Limited trading as XLN / Onebill or XLN Pay will not be eligible.
- A maximum of one entry per organisation is permitted.
- The Giveaway winner will be drawn at random from eligible entrants at 9am on Thursday 7 December 2023.
- The Giveaway entry will be closed at 5pm on Wednesday 6 December 2023.
- Entrants must be aged 18 and over.
- If selected as the winner, the reward will be awarded to the organisation, not the individual placing the entry. In entering the Giveaway, you agree that you do so on behalf of the organisation you are employed by or are otherwise affiliated with.
- In order to be eligible for the Giveaway, the organisation you are employed by or are otherwise affiliated with must be located within the UK.
- You will be contacted by XLN Pay if you are selected as the Prize Draw winner no later than 5pm on Thursday 7 December 2023. We may also announce the organisation name, but not the name of the individual who completed the entry form, in our marketing activities, namely on our website, in our email marketing and across our social media channels.
- The reward will be an XLN Pay smart terminal worth over £300. The reward will be delivered to the address supplied at point of entry. We retain the right to substitute the reward with another of a similar kind and value in the event that the original reward is not available.
- The winner will receive their prize upon successful acceptance through XLN Pay and subsequent acquirer bank. If successful, the winner agrees to enter into an 18-month contract whereby the entire terminal rental fee, courier charges, maintenance, roaming SIM and helpdesk costs will be covered by XLN Pay. During and after this contract period, your business will be liable for all transaction fees incurred by our acquirer bank. If you wish to extend your existing contract beyond 18 months, on the nineteenth month, you will absorb the following monthly fees: maintenance at £1.67, roaming SIM at £1.50, 1st Line Helpdesk costs at £1.30 per month.
- In the event that the application to XLN Pay or subsequent acquirer bank is rejected, XLN Pay reserve the right to withdraw you from the Giveaway and choose another winner.
- Our use of particular brands as rewards does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
- The reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash.
- If we have any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, we may, at our sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Giveaway.
- We reserve the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel or amend the Giveaway at any time.
- Insofar as it is permitted by law, we will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of the Giveaway except where it is caused by our negligence.
These terms and conditions were last updated on 22 November, 2023 and will be removed from our website following the conclusion of the Giveaway.
