XLN named as a finalist at the National Business Awards

XLN, the small business specialist, has been shortlisted as 1 of 10 finalists for the Customer Focus Award at this year’s National Business Awards. James Wilson, Marketing Director responded to the nomination. “We’ve concentrated on recruiting staff to support our 130,000 small business owners.

Customers calling in for our advice or support wait less and always have a human being answer, not an IVR. Customers are allocated to specific teams and can get on first name terms with our highly trained support team. It is a personal approach we are proud of and are determined to constantly improve upon. We are thrilled to be nominated as it is not only an honour but a measure of success in our customer focused endeavours to date”. Lynne Mills, Director of Customer Engagement at the Institute of Customer Service, the judge for the category said: “A positive impact to [XLN’s] strategic recruitment has resulted in improved performance ratings across the business for XLN Business Services, and customers are among the many beneficiaries.”

These awards are a unique opportunity to recognise and award all the hard work UK companies do to achieve success. XLN Business Services will be competing against some tough competition and the winner will be revealed at the National Business Awards gala dinner held on 12th November 2013 in London.
