The next steps in our sustainability journey
We’ve been certified Carbon Neutral since our inception in 2002.
It’s something everyone here is enormously proud of, but this is no time for back-patting. The climate crisis calls for action, now – from every individual and every business.
So here’s where our sustainability journey is heading next:
- We will protect 25,000 acres of Rainforest every year and countless species
- We will remove more ocean plastic than we create
- We will offset more carbon than we use
Doing everything in our power
To achieve these aims we have engaged in a number of strategic partnerships with game-changing organisations like the Rainforest Trust UK, Big Blue Ocean Clean Up and Goodwings. They’ll be leading major conservation projects in conjunction with us, and we can’t wait to get started.
Our strategy isn’t perfect, but it’s a step in the right direction.
It reflects the fact that we, as a business, accept our responsibility to do more for the planet. And it reflects the fact that only bold actions and investment will make any kind of difference.
We are fully committed to this programme, and we hope it inspires others too. So watch this space for updates on everything we are doing.
Collectively, we have to do more. We have to invest more. We have to try harder. And we have to act now. So let’s get started – being Carbon Neutral is only the beginning.
