A firm that measures key performance indicators such as delivering on-time orders, providing accurate billing and promptly handling and resolving complaints and faults has ranked XLN Telecom above BT and TalkTalk. Topcomm, the independent, co-regulatory group made up of Communications Service Providers (CSPs), reports on the quality of customer service provided by CSPs.
Topcomm is approved by Ofcom, the independent regulator and competition authority for the UK communications industry.
