XLN Telecom rated above larger rivals BT and TalkTalk

A firm that measures key performance indicators such as delivering on-time orders, providing accurate billing and promptly handling and resolving complaints and faults has ranked XLN Telecom above BT and TalkTalk. Topcomm, the independent, co-regulatory group made up of Communications Service Providers (CSPs), reports on the quality of customer service provided by CSPs.

Topcomm is approved by Ofcom, the independent regulator and competition authority for the UK communications industry. Anthony Karibian, co-founder and CEO of XLN Telecom, commented: “mall businesses have traditionally been underserved while paying substantially higher prices than big businesses. We will continue to make sure our customers not only receive the best prices – but also the best service – to help them manage their costs in these difficult times.”
